The onsite team comprising of project managers, technical architects, or technical leads liaises with the customer and the offshore team to understand the business specifications and is involved in all the phases of SDLC. The onsite team participates in all the discussions related to business processes & requirements, technical design & status meetings and manages project timelines & deliveries.
