Practice Head – Cloud

We are looking for a skilled Cloud Practice Head to nurture and provide direction to the organization's cloud services practice including COE and customer deliveries.
Job Description:
As the Cloud Practice Head, you will be responsible for providing leadership, strategy, and a clear vision for the practice. You will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and optimization of cloud technologies, ensuring that our clients and internal teams benefit from best-in-class cloud solutions. You will be required to –
- Lead a team of cloud architects, engineers, and specialists to achieve the goals.
- Recruit, train, and mentor cloud professionals to ensure a high-performing team.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the practice.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to address any concerns.
- Ensure cloud solutions adhere to industry compliances and security best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging cloud technologies to inform strategy.
Skills and Experience Required:
- A deep understanding of cloud security, compliance, and best practices.
- Extensive experience in cloud services with relevant certifications in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proven leadership and management experience, including leading teams and driving strategic initiatives.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align cloud solutions with business goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- A valid B1 is preferred.
