Data Architect

We are looking for an experienced Data Architect with solid expertise in Data Warehousing, Data Modelling, Snowflake, and SQL to join our team.
Job Description:
The Data Architect will be required to collaborate with business partners, department managers, and other senior members of the Business Applications unit to define project features and oversees the delivery of high-quality, reliable web applications.
The Data Architect will be responsible for:
- Researching and developing prototypes of complex design solutions to address business needs.
- Drafting precise specifications for implementation.
- Administering and optimizing the performance of the entire data management architecture.
- Actively mentoring junior teammates to deliver technological solutions that provide value and meet departmental objectives.
Skills and Experience Required:
- 15 to 18 years of experience with strong expertise in Data Warehousing, Data Modelling, Data Visualization, and Business Intelligence.
- Hands-on experience in AWS Cloud technologies, including AWS Snowflake.
- Solid experience in developing batch and real-time data integration and management solutions, such as ETL, ELT, event management, and streaming.
- Excellent command of data management concepts such as data modeling, quality management, CDC tracking, statistical data engineering, and reporting.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment with a strong understanding of deployment/CICD processes.
- Ability to deliver solid data management solutions that support reporting and advanced analytics functions (i.e., AI, Actuarial modeling), online tools (i.e., Snowflake), and open-source tools (i.e., Python and R).
- Knowledge of MDM & Data Lineage.
