Technical Lead - Delphi

We are looking for an efficient technical lead to be a part of our team and be responsible for the smooth functioning of all technical operations.
Job Description:
The tech lead role requires you to build secure and scalable web application architectures using the latest technologies, optimize existing applications to improve performance, scalability, and security, and design intuitive user interfaces utilizing best practices in usability engineering.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong experience in migrating apps in Delphi 7 to 11 on the latest SQL/MS SQL Server
- Experience in migrating Delphi applications (lift & shift to the latest version or .NET)
- Proven experience in IT analysis and development knowledge of object-oriented programming
- Hands-on experience in .NET 4.5 C#, Windows, and Web Services with Go
- Experience in SQL/MS SQL Server
- Good knowledge of data access components using SQL server
- Ability to work in dynamic environments
